I met Lance at an entrepreneurship event back in 2015 back when I was trying to get my own startup off the ground and looking for a mentor. Join us as Lance shares the success story of his own company, what it's like to sell a business and remain on board as CTO, some great advice on how to run a successful startup, and how to be an effective dungeon master.
